1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ddb333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ddb333 website, its subdomains, mobile interface, game lobby, payment systems, promotional programmes, and customer support services. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the ddb333 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Requirements

All duplicate accounts and their associated balances, including any pending withdrawals, will be voided upon detection.

You may be required at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity — to submit government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by ddb333 support may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ddb333 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. ddb333 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel — any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ddb333 support immediately.

All activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. ddb333 will not be liable for any losses — including financial losses from wagers or withdrawals — that arise from unauthorised use of your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ddb333 support immediately to initiate an account lock.

3.2 Accurate Personal Information

All information you provide to ddb333 — at registration and at any subsequent point — must be truthful, accurate, and kept current. ddb333 relies on this information to process payments, verify identity, and deliver support. Inaccurate information that leads to payment failures, misdirected withdrawals, or failed KYC checks is the sole responsibility of the account holder. ddb333 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Transfers

ddb333 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account to any other individual. Account balances, bonuses, free spins, loyalty points, and any other credits accumulated on the platform are personal to the registered account holder and have no monetary value outside the ddb333 platform.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant by ddb333. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee deducted from the account balance, in accordance with ddb333's dormancy policy as communicated to players via email. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ddb333 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond ddb333's control.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name and match the identity details on your ddb333 account. Deposits made from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individuals — will be flagged and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within 15 minutes under standard operating conditions. ddb333 does not deduct platform fees from withdrawals. Withdrawals are only paid to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as the ddb333 account holder, consistent with the KYC information on file. ddb333 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the relevant promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting the applicable playthrough conditions will result in the bonus and related winnings being forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification requirements.

4.4 Refused and Reversed Transactions

ddb333 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction where fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the relevant transaction amount will be held pending investigation. ddb333 cooperates with financial institutions and relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial misconduct.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ddb333 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are governed first by any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time it is issued, and second by the general bonus terms set out in this section.

By claiming any bonus or promotional credit on ddb333, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms of that promotion. ddb333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

5.4 Expiry of Bonus Funds

Unclaimed or unused bonus funds and free spins expire in accordance with the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no expiry is stated, the default validity period is thirty (30) days from the date the bonus was credited. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ddb333 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the ddb333 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the game lobby, sports betting interface, or any other part of the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other game type where player-to-player interaction affects outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider against legitimate ddb333 transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property present on the ddb333 platform — including but not limited to the brand name ddb333, the ddb333 logo, website design, page layouts, graphic assets, software code, game assets licensed from third-party providers, promotional materials, and all written content — are the property of ddb333 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ddb333 platform solely for your own personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, scrape, frame, mirror, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise use any content from the ddb333 platform for any purpose other than your own private, non-commercial enjoyment.

Game content, audio-visual assets, and software modules within the ddb333 lobby that are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective providers. Your use of those games is additionally subject to the end-user terms of the relevant game provider as applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, third-party network failures, or events beyond ddb333's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. ddb333 will not be liable for any losses — including losses on open bets or interrupted game sessions — arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session — including but not limited to server disconnections, game freezes, incorrect odds display, or erroneous payout calculations — ddb333 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed win that is not consistent with the game's certified RTP and pay table, ddb333 is under no obligation to honour that win. 8.3 Financial Losses from Gambling

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ddb333 operates. Any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the ddb333 platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with ddb333 support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
